Preseason Player Rankings: 2025 Guards

The senior class is stacked at the guard position. We rank the top 15 headed into the season

COLUMBUS, OH - In anticipation of the upcoming season, 270 Hoops has put together a list of the top players to watch. Throughout the next few months, we’ll unveil our top preseason player rankings for the guard, wing and forward positions in each class.

To start, we focused on a position group that has college level talent across the board. In addition to at least two Division I prospects, there’s a strong selection of Division II, III and NAIA prospects.

The rankings were compiled by members of the 270 Hoops staff.
