The Christmas and New Year’s season is behind us and the drag of January commences. Here are the latest rankings in Division I in Central Ohio.
1. Olentangy Orange (8-0)
Games this week: Friday at #13 Upper Arlington

Orange is the only remaining undefeated team left in Division I. They’ve been the most impressive team in the area on both sides of the floor. Can they keep it rolling on the road at Upper Arlington this week?
2. Newark (7-1)
Games this week: Friday vs. Central Crossing, Saturday vs. Mount Vernon

Newark has just a single loss to Olentangy Liberty on its resume this year. The Wildcats won their annual holiday tournament last week and have two very winnable games at home this weekend.
3. Delaware Hayes (8-1)
Games this week: Friday vs. #11 Dublin Scioto

Delaware Hayes has a single blemish to Westerville South on its resume. The Pacers have the opportunity to pick up a ranked win against surging Dublin Scioto on Friday at home.
4. Westerville North (6-2)
Games this week: Friday at #18 Big Walnut, Saturday at Africentric

Westerville North fell at home to Olentangy Orange last week but has two entertaining matchups on deck. A win is must needed against Big Walnut to stay tied at the top of the league.
5. Reynoldsburg (5-3)
Games this week: Friday vs. Lancaster

Reynoldsburg is riding a three-game losing streak but will look to bounce back on Friday. The Raiders get a bit of a breather after an insane December.
